Things have gone a bit boobies up at XB Towers. I'll be coming up on Sunday rather than spending the night on my boss's yacht.
Ah well. At least I won't be turning up feeling sea sick.

Sorry Hekkel, we've had a crazy week - one or other of the kids having a cricket match each evening, two committee meetings. I'd practically forgotten it was my birthday:(.

Hi Shades - somebody else had mislaid their number recently (not sure if it was on here or on RW). Apparently it can all be sorted at registration when you collect your chip so don't worry about it. Its not like you, of all people, are going to need to prove to them who you are.
I'm off to collect my chip in an hour or so before driving the long way back in search of some soggy TiTs to shout at. School Spring Fair tomorrow so baking will have to wait until tomorrow night - either that or make a donation for all the leftovers on the cake stall and bring them.

CumbriAndy - LOL, so I don't need to take my passport as ID. I rang Brathay, they are doing me another number. I didn't even know the race was chipped, having not read the race details...I did have them as I put my number on this thread.
Hope to see you around the course tomorrow?
Must go and pack etc, loads to do before Hekkel arrives
