what put me off the 10 in 10 was seeinf shades on her 10th, and knowing thaty she took some time offf running after
not prepared to do that

if they did a half on the same day as the marathon then I would have considered doing a half but I am not doing a marathon next year so I will content myself with knowing mad people!

Seriously, I don't think ANYONE who has taken on the 10-in-10 has approached it with a look-at-me-I'm-mad-me attitude. Everyone has treated the challenge with respect, and we will too. It's bigger than anything we've ever done before.
Personally, though, I don't care if it puts me off running for life. Running is just a hobby. I'll find another if I have to
