PJL Apr 2009 4:13pm, 21 Apr 2009 393 posts	PJL 2FF - I'd probably be aiming for 3.30 if this wasn't my first marathon. As it is, I'm afraid if I start off at that sort of pace I won't make it up the hill at 22 miles. So if you see me in the early stages of the run - tell me to slow down!

The time that you lose on the updulates can be more than made up with no extra effort on the downhill sections! John - you will really like this course!
