Cavey Apr 2009 4:09pm, 20 Apr 2009 7,184 posts	Cavey Blisters are fine. The one biggy on my heal was sorted almost immediately. My legs still feel really heavy though. But i'm sure they'll be aliright by mid May. A PB would be nice but suspect it will more likely be around the 4:30 mark.

Still scared of those hills. Am thinking that my minor Kentish bumps that I've been practising on are not really going to do the job.
Cavey Apr 2009 4:43pm, 20 Apr 2009 7,187 posts	Cavey You don't want me pacing you round a marathon! My splits go from around 9:00 for the first 6 miles, to 15:00 for the last 3. And somewhere in between for the rest! I can't see FLM employing me as a pacer anytime soon.
