Just a month to go until the start of the 10 in 10, will be glad when it finally arrives & we get on with it.
Should anyone still wish to sponsor me - I'm about £14 short of the target I need i would be very grateful

I was thinking about TITs this morning. I'm doing TIFT (Three in Forty Two) and did the first on Sunday. My legs were bad on Monday and Tuesday and only this morning do they feel somewhat normal.
I can't begin to contemplate how tough it will be to get up 9 days in a row to run a mara with the previous day's marathon aches and pains.
If I were wearing a hat I'd take it off to you.
What happens on the first 8? Do you set off when you feel up to t'job or is there a set time? If I can get some time off work can I be of any use on the course? Provide drinks, food or entertainment?

XB: You ran a PB on Sunday. I doubt many of the TiTs will be running a PB race every day. It will be more like a series of training runs, which will probably make it easier.
