Foxy Davy Mar 2009 6:27pm, 2 Mar 2009 2,820 posts	Foxy Davy v'rap - not done langdale or snowdon, but hopefully some of the hilly off roaders wil help me - i've done Portland, 54321 & the stinger so hoping it's not as tough as these, i'm much more a road runner - i like a true surface.

I feel the need to run the course again - just to measure the ascent/descent Just looked it up on a couple of my many gadgets, and in two places it's been about 2100 feet ascent. Most of the main ascending is on a couple of longish updulations though - the rest is on undulating terrain that you hardly even notice
