Just to put some perspective and in case anyone is feeling faint, for people like me it's also a sub 6 course - just!
and it's lumpy - best description I've read so far...:-)

It's on ROADS. The hills are road hills. None of them is long or vertical. It's not the Eiger or even Hardknott Pass.
And there are plenty of people at the finish to cheer in runners even 6+ hours in
