Having done this course Vrap, would you say its as hilly as Loch Ness or better or worse?

Ultracat, I only did the first 17 miles of Loch Ness. Windermere is hillier. |

My abiding memory from 2007 is of the smell of chips in Ambleside making my tummy rumble! With an 8-hour cut-off, it would be perfectly feasible to have a three-course lunch and a little nap mid-race
