Hopefully the ever changing weather and terrain will ensure you find something interesting and enjoyeable each day. What sort of times are you planning for each day or are you just taking each day as it comes?

The fact that it IS an interesting course (there is no section that drags, which is a real bonus) was the deciding factor in doing it - and being pretty confident that I would STILL love the course by the 17th!!! I'm planning to start at 3:30. My training has been geared to running that kind of pace as my Run All Day pace. and the next three months will be all based around building an endurance and aerobic base to support that kind of pace. It's challenging - and I'll just have to see how the body responds to the multiple day thing!!!

I want to do what Michelle Atkins did last year. Start conservatively and be belting them out by the end

I'm looking at a good first couple whilst fresh & then easing off before finishing with a flourish - but we'll have to see how that goes ? Most important thing to me is meeting some like minded people & hopefully having a laugh
