I'm not yet fixed BUT I've got a prescription for gradually increasing exercises and, most wonderfully, he's suggested a gradual re-introduction of a bit of treadmill running! I'm only allowed 5 minutes max and stop if it hurts but it's still going to be running! Actually a bit nervous of how it's going to feel after all this time but also can't wait! Nervous excited hugs.
