speedy rob Feb 2017 11:05pm, 13 Feb 2017 108 posts	0 speedy rob I recieved a blue coded number for the 10 miler, after entering the 20 miler, so will need to arrive earlier than I had planned so I can visit the information desk after arrival. James: I'm thinking of running 5M at about 7min, then 6:45 for the remainder (that's 8K@4:20 then 4:10 for the rest in "pre article 50" terms, or just a jog for you).
