If you use BCC it is less obvious spam. Include a link to the BRTT photos.

My Garmin conked out when I went for a sub 20 5k in a club time trial last night (batteries went flat, I thought I had 1 lap left when I had 2 - no wonder I felt great despite thinking I was on for a 19m30s!). Maybe see you tomorrow morning folks!

Lisa, my wife is planning to run this tomorrow (she registered yesterday) in preparation for a race for life. I've reassured her it is a friendly race and she doesn't need to be fast or even run all the way. Can she choose the one lap version if she prefers? I'm sure I'll run this soon, but tomorrow I'm in a supporting role with children.
