Jo/GSL - sub 20 is getting close Is the Bowdon 5K run more than once a year? not that I'm looking to knock a few secs off my own PB or anything and back onto topic hope everyone enjoys BRTT tomrrow (watch out for the geese/turtles/ducklings and worst of all dog walkers - although to be fair the Bramhall dog walkers to seem to be a fairly friendly and amenable bunch who don't think that the park is put there just for them)
