Ha ha - High Legh was a good day - but I was supposed to be last Though even with a gammy leg I still clocked a 22 for 5k on Saturday - I was pretty close to the line when it went. All good today with no pain on walking and just a wee bit stiff

Homer - sounds like you are fit enough for last runner sweeper or duck marshall at BRTT then? Rochdale 10k - I will add this to BRTT recommend-a-race links. Not sure I'll manage it myself as a bit of traffic nightmare from here. If anyone has flyers for local races then feel free to bring them along to BRTT and hand them out at the end. |

Actually Homer we're well stocked for marshals this Saturday so you might as well have a lie in. But we'd be pleased to have your services on the 14th. But you'll be racing by then
