It has a long slow inline but its got a nice long downhill bit to make up for it.... I would say go for it... gonna try Bowden on Thursday to see if I can go faster... not tried Bramhall yet so will have to get along sometime when I can drag myself outta bed!

Jun 2008 9:25pm, 1 Jun 2008 1,436 posts	Quote Pin good evening fine peeps yesterday my mum went from non-runner to newbie runner at the heaton park RfL. she very stupidly said she is well up for another 5k and i suggested bramhall park TT what is the field of runners like at bramhall park? she finished in 45 mins but i don't think she would feel at comfortable competing in a race she felt out of her depth in.
