just spotted RB's comment about sharp corners....after flying onto the bridge at BRTT on Sat. and ending up flat on my face....maybe Dunhman isnt a good idea... :(

I took 45 secs off my pb at Dunham just over a week ago. I found it quite quick. It has a long slow inline but its got a nice long downhill bit to make up for it.... I would say go for it... gonna try Bowden on Thursday to see if I can go faster... not tried Bramhall yet so will have to get along sometime when I can drag myself outta bed!

good evening fine peeps :-)

yesterday my mum went from non-runner to newbie runner at the heaton park RfL. she very stupidly said she is well up for another 5k :-) and i suggested bramhall park TT

what is the field of runners like at bramhall park? she finished in 45 mins but i don't think she would feel at comfortable competing in a race she felt out of her depth in.

Hi OS :-) How are you?

BRTT is a big mix - there seems to be an average of 70-80ish runners with many people finishing at all sort of times...so just go fot it!! Let the fetchies know who she is and we will all cheer for her!
