Tucked in behind the first lady and the plan was just to shadow her, but that didn't last. Got passed by people all the way round. Just managed to go sub 21:45 can't believe how slow I was or how far down the field I finished (i was 2nd once!!), it was also a surprise just how many people run it now.

May have been a problem in the funnel this morning. All in all cracking run this morning thought conditions were ideal Also word is still spreading bumped into someone I knew this morning who was at his second BRTT after finding out about it 3 weeks ago by accident (he was running through park when BRTT was on)
