Don't want to give it all a way but yes HP reasonably flat ... although there is the little climb up to the hall. None of those Bramhall stop-starts so should be faster when you get used to it. WP possibly faster still - depends how much of the hill Kwaka makes you do...

TBB - how was Cork, did you have the hot weather we were having over here?

UD - you doing Freckelton this year?

I will try and get to HP over the summer although the challengs of getting up even earlier than I do for BRTT could be a step too far ;-)

Yes HP is a trek for me too but for UD, M62 Steve and those coming from an M60/M62 connection (RooA?) it will be pretty convenient. It also has real public transport links.

I'm sure that they would welcome some volunteer effort at HP and it is fun / challenge to be involved at the start of these things. Just having run Bramhall a few times gives you more experience of what is required. Drop me an fmail if you'd like to help at HP or you can use the links on the website.

Pat - Cork and SW Ireland great. Marathon bad ! Heat was way too much for a pasty skinned wuss like myself. Finished it though, so I can tick that off my list I suppose even if it is nagging away at me already that I probably should have run under 4 hours.

I'll be driving to HP on the 20th if you want a lift.
