Wonderful race, as always, this morning...and understandably less busy than of late...thanks to all concerned RB!

165 finishers - just about the right number - felt very relaxed. I quite like the diversion across the field and might ask if we can use that as the "summer route" - what does anyone else think?

RB - certainly more room than the normal route through the walled garden. Did you adjust the start/finish to compensate this week?

Yes - still about 102 long but best we can do.

10s long that should have been.

BTW I'm surprised that no one has noticed the "World Record" in the BRTT results. Madge Bradsell takes 10s off VW75 world record giving age grading > 100%. Hmmm unfortunately she was at Bushy park at the time ... looks like one of those rare finger slips on the results laptop ;).

10s long sounds good.....means a PB may be in grasp.... :)

I like the run across the field and maybe it would be a good change for a summer route?

Hi all.

I've managed to persuade some Dragons to go along to the track thing Bob mentioned the other day:

manchesterharriers.co.uk

We will probably be last at every event, but we think it'll be funny at least. :)

Anyone else coming?

And yes, Bob, I like the summer route. I might try and pop down on Saturday morning as I didn't get into Dunham on time.

Would anyone like to help with registration and parking marshal at Mobberley 5.3, Thurs 28th May? You can do these pre-race jobs and run as well - it's a good route and pub after.

Rob, I could possibly help, but I need to check with the lady I'm travelling to Mobberley with. What time does the race start?
