pato1967 May 2009 2:15pm, 12 May 2009 600 posts	Quote Pin pato1967 TBB - sounds about right - having looked at my NIke+ breakdown on the great run website from last year (42:54) I went through 5K in 21:07 but faded from 5 to 8.5 before kicking on a bit for the finish - so I am going to try and keep the pace even this year BUT all that tends to go out the window soon as the hooter goes
