Maybe we can have a special "race yer to the white gate" for FLM survivors.

Steve enjoyed the results a couple of weeks ago ... I think.

Yep - results desk rocks - especially when you enter the result of a new record. The best bit is speaking to about a third of the runners.

Kwaka, you obviously didn't try hard enough ! I've even seen pictures of you smiling which is surely a no-no !

With the carp run of injuries you had in the build up you did brilliant. Well done.

Can't decide whether to run (if not marshalling) on Saturday. My legs are battered from goyt valley 10k and then 20 miles on Tuesday. Got another 20 on Monday. a 5k would be foolish surely....

TBB - Shady Oak on 13th May is also a must for you.

Kwaka - yeah what happens on mile 24 - I'm sure you were there too ... ;). I'd have to agree with TBB - smiling, entering Loch Ness - all suggests there is a bit more to come.

TBB - looking OK for marshals now. Good to keep up the speed work - 5k OK as long as you're not racing the 20s.
