Just to veer slightly back on to topic ... I was impressed looking down the list how many BRTT regulars were out at Trafford ... hopefully finding new 10k speed from all the 5k sessions ... or maybe just dying after 5k. Not that I can talk with a 16:10 split.

That's the kind of field that gives me nightmares. Still, well done on the achievement and new pb RB. Saw Pat out running with a greyhound today. He'll be back sub 21 at BRTT with that kind of training partner.

TBB - LOL not just any old greyhound thats a champion greyhound - been on the TV. My mate that I was running with has racing greyhounds as a hobby, they are kept at a trainers but that one was so good that when it retired is was brought into the family as a pet :-) (I haven't enquired whats happens to the non champion greyhounds when they retire :-( ) - assuming you weren't on the river I presume you saw me on Kingsway?

Jenny - shortish run today so only ran along the Didsbury section. Compared to a normal Monday lunchtime was busy on the river today amazing the difference a bit of sunshine makes

He looked a beauty (the dog not your mate !). Yes, saw you on Kingsway. Seemed to be teeming with runners today. Think I saw Jim Pendrill weaving his way in and out of shoppers/students in Manc as well.

I'll be down the river tomorrow. 6 - 8 slow miles........
