"Lucozade Sport - Save the Date!
On Saturday 7th March, double Olympian and Lucozade Sport Running Ambassador, Liz Yelling will be attending the Bushy Park parkrun. As part of Lucozade Sport’s partnership with the various excellent parkrun events, Liz will be by the start line at Bushy Park to get you underway, as well as at the finish to answer any running questions you may have. Be sure to be at Bushy Park for a 9am start and feel motivated to run your best parkrun yet."

Bob ...do you have any influence with the powers that be to get this nice lady to our events?

Put both in the car and decide later

I missed loads of runners at that corner last week as they went SO wide, others slow right down

Fell shoes.

Is there any occasion for which they aren't appropriate? ;)
