There's lots of interesting bits and mentally it is all in sections rather than one long drag. Believe it or not I didn't like 5ks and avoided them before getting involved with Bramhall. I'm planning to run as long as we are looking organised. TBB - at the moment I have enough help this week. Looks like you'll have to run ;). We will be again be presenting a mixed message with the free nutrition book and bacon butty voucher combo.
