Also although I haven't done Bramhall that often I did get round quite quickly on one occasion. But hey, I'll give it a go (guess that means MORE training, MORE hard work, MORE pain etc ... BXXXXX

Homer suffers by his youth - he is still in Gebreselassie's age group. Mind Paul Tergat is close to V40. I can work out improvements for 2008 from the stored results.
