Just wondered if anyone fancied having a pop at this challenge... http://www.fetcheveryone.com/groups-view.php?id=431 Basically, s/he who's best 2009 WAVA is the highest % improved from their best 2008 WAVA wins. So in theory it should be a fair competition no matter what your ability. Homer - I predict a steep rate of improvement from you in 2009 - you're flying at the moment. Jezzer & Kwaka as well - I'm sure the XC season will put even more spring into your legs. |

I don't think I have much chance in the WAVA thing. Mine's pretty high from the short races this year. My attempt at decorating my wooly hat for my club Santa run last week turned me into a sort of Christmas Jamiroquai, so I think I'll just reprise that next week! |

Good idea but I'm unlikely to figure in the WAVA tables unless I can find a really dodgy short race. I'll try to find a hat for this w/e to make up for the severe disappointment of missing 20th. |

What about some sort of competition for Fetch age graded improvement at BRTT? Figures are published so no arguments over history ... well maybe still arguments. |

They should give the same figure anyway Bob unless there is a slight diffence in the calculations

No, doesn't Bob mean performance improvement purely at Bramhall? I would probably be up for that.
