Thanks to everyone involved again

The winner was a refugee from Bushy Park - the geese nearly got him on the 2nd lap but he clung on and I couldn't close the gap at the end. Felt good to be back running but still a few twinges from my foot forcing me to take it easy on the downhill. Xmas special now set for 20th December - see website news. That is at least 3 posts in a row that have been on topic ;).
