DM - were you the bloke wearing a blue and green vest?

Chris & Homer - thanks for marshalling - I tried to thank marshalls all the way round, in lap 1 I would have waved and said thank you, in lap two I slightly raised my hand and grunted.

pfft i'm doing both ;)

aiming to PB twice too

anyone wanna pace me ;)

27:13 is my current PB which i should be able to beat given that it was set of zero running. In principle i should get close to sub 25 but i suspect not for a wee while

Homer - I'm not sure doing 5k @ Aly Park fits into my emergency Edinburgh schedule.

I really love this Bramhall thing, the fact that it is weekly, no need to panic over pins and numbers only 2 laps, undulating, trail and a more picturesque park all add to make it much better than Aly Park.

Just seen the photos - yet another picture of me leaning when I run.

Do I "wobble" when I run? I know I'm a strong pronator but I think I do wobble a lot. I saw myself walking on TV the other day and I waddled on that!
