Weather looking rubbish but we're expecting a bumper crowd boosted by 50+ sponsored runners from a local youth group. They are planning to take it easy so shouldn't get in your way. With all this going on I won't be able to run myself but probably best to rest before Congleton Half.

Just back from Congleton - 6th again - just couldn't stay with the pace. Back-to-back HMs probably not the best idea.
