I will attend, have meant to the past 3 weeks but couldn't get out of bed. So I am hoping if I post and say I will it will give me the extra incentive and I will drag my sorry a**e out my pit! Was even thinking of doing the Mcr mile until I found out it was cancelled :(

won't be there for at least a couple of weeks for various reasons but in general got a bit of a problem attending BRTT now, my youngest daughter's football is 9am start this season (used to be 10:30). Hopefully be able to still make BRTT at least once a month.

my plan is to go along tomorrow but as with every week since BRTT started I will try to drag my arse out of bed in time to go along.... think I might actually make it this time since I'd like to test my fitness to see where I am after building up again following a 4/5 week lay off.
