I won't be happy to come back and find out that the others trying to get under 20mins have managed it in my absence now that Steve has shown it can be done

If anyone could help for a couple of hours starting 9.15 the it would be really appreciated. All proceeds from race are to David Lewis Centre so good cause. You'd probably be helping manage water stations (where kids could help too) or finish - its a 2 lap course in a nice area near Alderley Edge / Knutsford. Please fmail me if you can help.
