Tom - glad you enjoyed your (first of many BRTT) - you, Andy & I should see if we can get Lynda to put it in the championship instead of that 5k we do on the track every summer? If anyone has a spare hour on Sunday - this is a cracking little race - bellevueracers.co.uk - but I would say that wouldn't I?!? Kwaka & Homer - sorry, I rushed off in our pre race chat - a bit rude of me sorry. Jez - sorry about your knee, arm and eye - alls fair in a race when the ref isn't looking, right? Pat - Official results & my desire for a Sale harriers Olympic mug will decide weather I join you @ Alex Park tomorrow. I suppose I could always do the 5k followed by a 7 mile LSR? It largely depends on how much time I spent crawling down the finishing funnel before stopping my watch today.
