Thanks Jen, Pat Bob & other marhsalls/helpers - sorry, I was grunting at marshalls again today - I always do when I'm not enjoying it. Tom - glad you enjoyed your (first of many BRTT) - you, Andy & I should see if we can get Lynda to put it in the championship instead of that 5k we do on the track every summer? If anyone has a spare hour on Sunday - this is a cracking little race - bellevueracers.co.uk - but I would say that wouldn't I?!? Kwaka & Homer - sorry, I rushed off in our pre race chat - a bit rude of me sorry. Jez - sorry about your knee, arm and eye - alls fair in a race when the ref isn't looking, right? Hope you don;t have any bad injuries. TBB - nice to meet you today and thanks again for printing and distributing the Eddie Cheetham Memorial 7k run forms. Pat - Official results & my desire for a Sale harriers Olympic mug will decide weather I join you @ Alex Park tomorrow. I suppose I could always do the 5k followed by a 7 mile LSR? It largely depends on how much time I spent crawling down the finishing funnel before stopping my watch today. |

Blimey Jo- you OK now? Hope you're OK for this arvo?!? Does this mean we need another "duck poo corner" style sign on the course?

Yes thanks to all the marshalls. I'm just about glad I did it, despite falling over. Steve - thanks for the message - I seem to be fine - looked worse than it was. I'm more annoyed about my time than actually injured! Should be OK for Sale 10 tomorrow. |
