might be there myself this week (not sure yet) will be marshalling the day of the Manc mile as I am having a 5k PB attempt the next day at Alex Park so saving my legs a bit. (will still be doing the manc mile though)

I'll have Alderley Edge 5 entry forms available tomorrow and ECM 7k forms from Steve.

Word is that AE5 is slightly short - not that you'll notice with the last half mile steep uphill. If you did Mobberley 5.x as well then overall you'll get your 10 miles.

oh well...I'm now off to Edinburgh and won't be running Alderley Edge.....might still make BRTT though I am under orders to go slow
