Also, to be honest, I don't think the OH would be impressed with much more travelling for races this year. I'm hoping to be back running at Bramhall on the 26th and 2nd. I can get some volunteering in in September if that's ok.

I imagine your 'not racing speed' is a lot faster than my 'flat out speed' I have Abingdon on 19th October so the veterans will be too near for me to. Shame cos I've never done a 10 mile race so it would definitely be a pb.
