C'mon Jen. I run at least 15 miles every Sunday morning. BRTT is just a little extra ;).

It's been raining here most of the day so could be a bit damp still tomorrow. I'll be out early shovelling the duck poo again to save you sliding on it.

I might run tomorrow but I'm trying to encourage Nick to race instead.

Cafe has promised to open at 9:30am tomorrow so we should try to test them out. We might be glad of a warm drink.

They won't be alone - there are quite a few do 1 lap. I'd say usually at least 10 - mostly kids + parents. Tell them that it is ok to walk up the hills eh.

My own OH and kids may well have a go but I don't like to promise as they are easily put off when the alram goes off ...

Homer - would love to sub 20 tomorrow but at the moment I'll settle for consistently getting under 21 (only done it once so far). Having a quiet teetotal night in tonight so might give it a 100% effort tomorrow, although I'm not sure how much of the Freckleton Half will be left in my legs. I'll listen out for your gentle words of encouragement tomorrow ;-)
