David's put his photos up - there's some crackers in there. Good one of the jellies :-)

They're in time order and I've put the link up for the last segment

Great photo. I've blogged my impressions of a great event. Back for the full distance next time.

How’s everyone after Monday’s race. I went for a run today (Thursday) it was only 3.7 miles and apart from a little achey to start off with no problems.I had kept moving by doing some easy gardening and taking the dog for a walk a few times a day since the race. I felt like running on Wednesday but thought it best to wait an extra day

Sorry riggys- I meant to come back and report in. Two days off then I went for 4.5 miles on Thursday, 10.5 on Friday and 10.5 yesterday. Day off today and I had the luxury of a sports massage this morning.

Hope all is well with everyone

On Wednesday and Thursday evening I was leading my C25K groups, the running was fine but demonstrating the stretches afterwards shown my quads to still be full of pain.

I'm still complaining that it was too flat, and challenging anyone who says they would enjoy such a flat race to join me there next year.
