Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just driven from 17 - 21 miles and in 4 areas the road is flooded with 4 inches of water. Saw a man with a pump at 19 miles but might need our wellies

Sounds like fun! My parkrun this morning was practically all puddles and mud, so that was good practice for tomorrow. At least we won't have the sleet and snow!

Apparently firemen were going to do a bit of pumping out this afternoon - and local residents are driving through the water at speed to try to disperse the water!!

Cheers Rosehip & becca - I'm more nervous about this one than I thought I would be - I've been hearing things that don't fill me with confidence about the organisational skills of those in charge :-o
