During lockdown I have gone from CBA slouth (first few weeks) to I really must move to MUST MOVE and log a session every day. I'm currently in this third phase and enjoying it even getting a little grumpy if I don't move. Which lead me to think I would develop myself mentally and physically. So what books make a good read? I'm thinking anatomy, strength, conditioning/stretching/yoga, nutrition as a whole and for sport etc Come on give it to me what's your best read? I figured that seeing as I can't see myself getting a PT session or Gym session or class or massage any time soon I would learn about this stuff myself! |

Runningwise Lore of Running by Tim Noakes I also like Jack Daniels' book - Daniels Running Formula. General stuff that is excellent to read for educational purposes. The Art of Statistics: Learning from Data - David Spiegelhalter The Secret Barrister - the secret Barrister Factfulness - Hans Rosling Bad Science - Ben Goldacre |
