Caprica Vix (RotJ)
Good question. I think the event was real otherwise I think she would have gone to hospital, or sought help from a neighbour during or even after the birth. I cant think of another explanation for not doing so. As for the freeze, if the event was real then the freeze probably was too though as I think Izzy was dying she probably wouldn't have seen too much of it :(

Just finished. Fuck me that was a cheery little tale weren't it?!
I'm pretty confused about what really happened and what didn't. I was alternating between being a bit bored and just frustrated. I also found her constant confusion really irritating and it was all so hard to follow. I'm going to read back now and see if it's just because I'm thick and you all got it completely.

Nope OB - we all agreed with you. But Columba read it twice and has posted a wonderful synopsis that will probably help :)

Join the club OB. I couldn't make out what was real and what wasn't.

I am by no means convinced that mine is the only possible interpretation.

Dull, confusing, gave up after three chapters. Sorry, a big No from me and I generally love dystopian/ post-apocalyptic type novels. :-(

The thing is, CStar, this wasn't just a dystopian / post-apocalyptic novel.

I know Columba, having read the discussion thread afterwards, but I couldn't find anything in it that made me want to discover what it might be.

Got something to say?
