I don't log the sub-mile training runs I do with my (primary school age) kids. It's hardly running in any case!

Too Much Water
I have to jog to the station most days due to being late, but wouldn't bother logging 200-400m jogs.

I'll log stuff I do that's more than a trivial amount of exercise, not because it's "bonus training" but because it might have an impact on subsequent sessions that ARE meant to be training.

And also because I like to see a big "total time" number on my training log.
