I didn't feel like doing anything yesterday so didn't bother with the 30 day challenges and then today felt the same, so forced myself to do some of them. I'm on day 10 instead of day 13, but I'm further on than I've ever got before.

You buddying each other is a good idea SsH

Support & accountability, superb idea 😀.

I’ve been playing today: feet elevated press ups, pull ups, elbow levers, dips, ring rows, assisted pistols, rear foot elevated split squats & crow.

Lol. The levers were super sketchy & crows were difficult. Most of it was playing & having fun a la The School of Calisthenics philosophy. What I’ve got has mainly come from following the SoC beginners program & going right back to basics.
