That's what sparks the incredulity of his performance to me, that he's dropping talented record holders and race winners who are merely doing a smaller section of the route. I believe Killian's record was faster than the quickest team relay performance. These athletes are on a different planet!

That is a fantastic read thank you. I love the fact he rang the met office to get a longer forecast of rain, etc, and it did cross my mind the dry conditions would match Killian for speed under foot etc. |
