Only 3 of the oldest 10 female completers have done sub 23.30. Not sure about anusubsequent rounds? For the men 6 have completed for the first time at 59 or over but I do know of at least one other who has multiple completions including at one at 68.

They asked him if they could post up about his attempt and he OK'd it. He is very anti-sponsorship and being beholden to "big corporations". He's a really interesting guy, a long interview here just 2 days after his Bob, whilst it's all still in his head. He rambles quite a lot, but in an interesting way. Sounds like there were so many people involved and as usual with these things all a bit manic on the day. Training in the lead up : 100-110 miles, 24000 ft of climbing, 20-24 hours - that's all you need to do per week if you fancy a go ! He reckons Kilian or Finlay or Jonathon Albon would be having a go in 2023 or later so wanted to put the time as far out there as possible, rather than JUST trying to beat Kilian's time (which he was confident was quite doable). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1_h7z2bRIU&t=5740s
