flyingfinn Dec 2020 10:45pm, 11 Dec 2020 2,381 posts	0 flyingfinn Rob Allen (among other ultra stuff) ran The Spine in 2020 to raise money for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity in recognition of the support it gave to Peter Reed the Naval Officer and three times Olympic rowing gold medalist who suffered a spinal stroke in 2019 en.m.wikipedia.org I ran with him early on in last year's Tour de Helvellyn when he was in the final stages of his training. He's got some good times on his CV - 25.21 LL100, 31 hour UTMB so he's well capable of giving it a very good go.
