flyingfinn Jul 2017 1:32am, 9 Jul 2017 783 posts	flyingfinn Jim Mann yesterday added the 24 hour Munro record (start anywhere and get back within 24 hours summiting as many munros possible) to his growing collection by adding one to the existing long standing record to take it up to 30. Involved completing a 140km+ loop from Bridge of Dee just outside Braemar with nearly two hours to spare. Despite quite a lot of it being on sight the pace was awesome. Thankfully I only had to keep up for 4 hours!

By contrast, I am up in the Lakes and trying to address various issues and get fell-fit again. Yesterday I supported a friend from Lonsdale fell runners on her 30 at 30, a 42 mile route that she completed in 15 hours. A great day.
