The RD said it was 10.2 just before the start.
This is probably why I listed it as 'not official PB'.

My Garmin has it as bob on 10.2 miles, I heard it billed as a 10.3 so with all the climbs and tree coverage I would say fairly accurate. Still no results as far as I can see but some pics now appearing on John Schofield site.

I didnt get any hugs but got a nice sports massage (ouch) from a very nice young gentleman !!!!!

I'm really pleased that so many seemed to enjoy it and give great feedback.

I'm so inspired by you all, I think I'll run this again next year again (unless we're desperately short of marshals)

my watch said 10 .2 .loved that race although legs were really heavy fromthe week before having done the manc marathon :) but pleased with my time 1 41 .30 ,6 minutes faster than last year ,my legs were done up trooper Jonny was halfeway uptrooper lane ,everyone could hear him from the bottom lol very encouraging .love the river crossing ,but it,s def not just trooper ,there.s more hills than that :) def do it again
