It is such a fun race.

Mental hill, sprint finish, river crossing. I loved it last year.

It's been on my 'to run' list since I started running.....

....it's just sorting the logistics ;)

ok, hilly...compared to Guy Fawkes is it more or less hilly? Not sure my post-marathon legs are ready for hilly.

One hill. Everyone ends up walking it anyway.

Don't know Guy Fawkes though.

And as regards the Leeds half, I did this, then the half, and got a PB at the half that took me nine months to beat!

I'm not sure anything can be *more* hilly than Guy Fawkes!

Guy Fawkes connect.garmin.com

Guy Fawkes has 966ft elevation gain, Bluebell has 1108ft, so similar but more concentrated!
Guy Fawkes has three particularly evil hills, so evil they have names! Plus the first two miles are all uphill!

Will have to confer with the OH.

All of Bluebells elevation is pretty much in one go! Trooper Lane Am going to try to 'run' up all of it this yea, death may be a consquence. Love to see you there Meglet, but make sure you've got something dry to change into although there has been less rain this year!

Anyone know what the river level is ? Trail shoes or road?

Right then 1 week away now, do we all have our crampons for trooper lane and waders for the river?
