My Garmin reads 1.09.51 for 5.76 mile so only +2sec difference for the chip time. Still the best race ever 😄 now to get training for my next goal of climbing Ben Nevis in July and then going to to go for the Gateshead Trail 10k in August 😄😄

One of the guys I train with told us a month ago that he's going to Africa with Yared Hagos and on that basis they'd both be there now - yet results/pictures of Blaydon show that Hagos is clearly in Newcastle not Ethiopia!

The bloke's an enigma at the best of times but it does make me wonder where he's got to...

Got something to say?
