Still sounds a pretty epic result to me runningowl! Well done! I also got my GFA for VLM 2014 - by the skin of my bloody teeth but I did it!

Nice one running owl and jog-on - PB's and the GFA - can't grumble at that!? Like you running owl I went for it as well (big time!) and paid for it in the last 7miles (I won't bore you with the details!), but manage to hang on (just about!) for a PB
