A couple of days ago I did a head over heels somersault whilst skiing. I felt my left calf pulling too much. Headed off to the clinic, had an ultrasound, ruptured gastrocnemius so no skiing or running for 6 weeks. Just as well it's my left leg and I have an automatic car, hope I can walk properly by the time I go home. |
