I will probably do it again this year. It's on a Saturday so I could run to Parkrun, do Parkrun, run to station, run to Birmingham... would make a decent long run. Might get train back though ![]() ![]() |

Is that the going up the steps and bit of road detour of last year? Decided not to do this in favour of doing my long run Fri and a ParkRun Sat, but post ParkRun will be at the end in the pub supporting the running club ![]() |
